I enjoy creating jewelry that depicts your special pets. Working from photos I can usually design a pin or pair of earrings that matches coloring, markings and personality.

How it works: I charge a one-time flat design fee of $35. You choose the pin style and metals. For example, a full-body design with moving parts, mostly brass with sterling highlights (such as the Jack Russell), would be $54 plus $30 for the design fee (plus shipping).

Here are some examples I've done:

Ridge is a spunky, tri-colored Corgi who belongs to the mother of one of my customers. She wanted a special gift for her Mom for Christmas and asked me to make a pin in his likeness.

A wholesale customer was attending a Belgian Shepherd Specialty show and asked me to design jewelry of this elegant dog. Here is the photo she sent and the resulting design

Due to old age, another customer recently put down her beloved Rocky. She wanted him recreated in a larger piece suitable for tabletop display. I used various colors of anodized aluminum to portray him in a 3-D 6" x 6" piece that stands on an easel. Due to the detail, size and time required, pieces such as this start at $250.

Corporate Logos

Corporations often gift clients and employees with items reflecting their logo. My jewelry lends itself very well to this application.

Furkids (www.Furkids.org) is a non-profit, no-kill, cage-free animal shelter in Atlanta. Their mission is to provide a comfortable haven for abandoned animals until they are adopted to loving, lifelong homes. Samantha Shelton, who opened and runs the shelter, wanted to reward volunteers who are the backbone of the organization. Below is their logo, alongside the pin she awards to volunteers with a set number of hours. A pin made from sterling is the highest honor. To raise funds for the shelter she also sells these pins, along with a wall clock I've created from the logo, on her web site.

Solutions in Toto (www.SolutionsinToto.com) is a thriving web design firm in Atlanta, GA. Sue Pearlman, founder and owner, uses Toto, her cherished Cairn terrier, in the name of her company as well as the logo. She asked me to create Toto's likeness in sterling, and here are the results.
